Premiere Products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials and it is understood that users will test them to determine use suitability. Premiere’s obligation will be to replace any defective product only and not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of the product.

RETURN POLICY
Unused product in resellable condition in full count cartons may be returned at any time for store credit only. Returns of nondefective product are subject to a minimum 30% restocking charge. Product that is defective may be returned at any time for full store credit and is not subject to restocking charges.

Items being returned for exchange due to damage in shipping, manufacturer's defect or incorrect shipment must be returned unused and complete, to: Premiere Raceway Systems, LLC 25 Howard Street, Piscataway NJ 08854. Product will be inspected upon receipt and any replacement for damaged product or shipping errors on the part of Premiere Raceway Products, Inc will be made. Product must be returned and received by Premiere Raceway Products, Inc prior to any shipment of replacement product.

Permission for the return of products must first be secured from the Company. Products returned without a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) will not be accepted. Return Authorization Requests showing shipper or invoice number, quantities of items, date and catalog number will be acted upon promptly. Authorizations are conditional. All Return Material must be received and inspected by Premiere Raceway Systems, LLC before authorizations are made final. Credit will be issued at the original price charged less handling and transportation charges. Return of defective product will receive full store credit. Returns of nondefective product are subject to a minimum 30%restocking charge. All claims for shortages must be made no later then 72 hours of receipt of product.
